These plaques are a quality wooden veneered timber shield featuring the UWA crest and your award details engraved. 

Your order will be confirmed upon verification of your eligibility within 3 business days. 

By completing this online transaction, you will be charged the full amount of this item. Should you be verified as ineligible, you will be refunded the full amount in 30 days. No other refunds will be issued due to the custom nature of the item
